Canadian investors see opportunity with Arizona investment property

Over the past few years, we have seen an economic downturn unlike any most of us have ever experienced.  We can all offer our opinions (some supported with fact and others without) on what caused this market collapse.  However what we do know is that with every major downturn, there is tremendous upside.  The most successful investors have created a large amount of their wealth in times like these.
